Notifications

 

Assign and manage notification to your Live Agents and other staff

  1. Go to “App Settings” > “Notifications”
  2. Select a notification to manage
  3. Click “Assign Contact”
  4. Set priority to 1 for the highest priority
  5. Now the assigned notification will be sent within the set timeframe
  6. Add as many contacts as you like

Select another notification by clicking on “Assigned Contacts”
