Building new paradigms for connecting
We provide elevated interactions that help make life easier for everyone who encounters our platform
Who we are
LiveAssist™ is dedicated to making the interactions inside facilities safe and simple. We’re a passionate group of professionals who recognized interactions would change because of the global pandemic and knew facilities would need a new platform to support high-quality interactions remotely.
The earliest incarnation of LiveAssist™ was developed in 2014 as a triage system for TELUS. In 2016, pharmacy and retail functionality were added. Then in 2019 when the pandemic hit, LiveAssist™ was redeveloped to meet the needs of facilities with complex entry and monitoring requirements.
What we sell
LiveAssist™ combines hardware and software to enable monitoring, contactless entry and more. Our essential feature is the ability of our customers’ employees to act as Live Agents, remotely offering help. Hence the name of our company, we enable live assistance.
Why we do it
We get up every morning excited to change how people interact. Live Agents replace in-person monitoring and entry processing, relieving a great deal of pandemic-related stress. Employees and visitors enjoy the speed and efficiency of our system compared with long lines for in-person entry screening. Finally, administrators gain efficiency, happier employees, and new levels of insights about who is in their facility using the insights to make improvements.
